2. 100% Guaranteed to Pass or 100% Money Back Guarantee (see Section III).
3. Tutoring Policy, including Bundles/Packages and Tutoring Unlimited Packages (see Section IV).
4. Boot Camp Policy (see Section V).
Note: Boot Camp tuition is nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by How To NREMT or a separate insurance policy is purchased. B. Written Request Within 30 Days.
a. All refund requests must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the qualifying event unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

b. Requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after the qualifying event will not be considered.
D. Refund Limitations; Maximum Amounts.
a. Where a refund is permitted under this Policy, monthly memberships are capped at a maximum refund equal to sixty (60) days of fees.
b. Annual and lifetime memberships, and any other non-monthly subscriptions, may be refunded up to but not exceeding the original amount paid.
c. Any portion of a payment that covers tutoring sessions or tutoring packages is non-refundable and excluded from any membership refund calculations; tutoring is governed exclusively by Section IV.
d. Refund eligibility for lifetime memberships under Section III must be claimed within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date; requests made after twelve (12) months are ineligible regardless of usage or exam outcome.
e. Refunds for annual and two-year memberships are available only under Section II.A or Section III. This subsection does not apply to Bundled Memberships (see Section IV.C).
f. Bundled Memberships are entirely non-refundable (see Section IV.C).
E. Case-by-Case Determination; Anti-Fraud.

b. How To NREMT may deny refund requests that do not meet the stated requirements of this Policy.
c. Discretionary exceptions, if any, will be based on documented hardship, system error, or mischarge, and will not limit your rights under the express terms of this Policy.

d. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) Business Days of approval unless a different method is required by the payment processor or law.
G. Finality of Refunds and Credits.
a. Any refund, partial refund, or credit issued under this Policy is final.
b. Once a refund or credit is accepted, the customer waives any right to pursue additional or alternative refunds related to the same purchase.
c. If a refund is declined or services are continued in place of a refund, future refund eligibility for that purchase is forfeited.
d. Refunds and credits cannot be reopened, reversed, or renegotiated once a decision has been made.
e. Refunds and credits are mutually exclusive; once a credit is issued, no cash refund will be provided for the same purchase.
H. Inactive Status.
a. An account may be placed into inactive status after ninety (90) consecutive days without logging into the platform or attending any live session.
b. Accounts in inactive status are not eligible for refunds; however, refund eligibility established prior to inactive status will be honored if all requirements were met at the time of the original claim.
c. Reinstatement requires a written request. To qualify for reinstatement, the student must be eligible to take the NREMT exam or be enrolled in a state-approved initial EMS training program and must provide proof thereof, which may include, without limitation, an Authorization To Test (ATT) letter from the NREMT or written confirmation from an EMS instructor.
d. Refund requests must still be submitted within thirty (30) days of the qualifying event even if the account later becomes inactive.

c. Sessions are non-transferable and may be used only by the enrolled student.
d. Abuse of the tutoring service, including without limitation excessive no-shows in excess of two (2) per month, misuse of resources (including sharing access with a non-member or violating How To NREMT policies), or repeated failure to meet instructor recommendations or requirements, may result in suspension or termination.
e. How To NREMT instructors may cancel or reschedule sessions as needed for health-related emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
f. To ensure fair access for all students, no guarantee is made as to specific dates or times preferred by any individual student, and availability may decrease as the month progresses; students are encouraged to coordinate with instructors for strategic scheduling.
